Registration Authorities (RAs) are trusted entities designated by the GovCA to perform the subscriber’s identification and authentication. The RA can be Government or private institutions that are granted the rights to operate as Registration Authorities under the Registration Charter agreement.

How to become a Registration Authority (RA)

1. Be an established public entity.
2. Request ICT Authority (GovCA) through a letter of request to register your organization as a Registration Authority.
3. The letter should include all the attachments as guided in the service application requirement.
4. The ICT Authority will acknowledge and start the registration process.
